Skin Care Center - International Order Policy

We welcome international orders. We ship to many countries across the globe every day and understand many of the challenges that occur with international orders. We will do everything in our power to insure that your shipment gets to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Typically orders will be delivered within 10 to 14 days from the day your order is shipped. However, some orders can take as many as 45 days to arrive at your door due to any number of issues including customs problems. We can not take responsibility if your countries customs office does not allow shipments of the nature you have requested.

Customer Responsibilities

• Please check with your country's customs office regarding the import of any products ordered. The buyer is responsible for any import restrictions, prohibited import items, taxes, tariffs, fees, and duties.
• If an order is seized by customs then the purchaser assumes the cost of shipping. When product is received back by us we will refund you for the product, less shipping. If product is NOT received back by us then no refund will be issued.
• In some cases a customs office will not notify us nor you (the customer) that a shipment has been seized, in these cases, it is the responsibility of the customer to communicate with their local customs office.

Other International Shipping Concerns

• Returns will be handled exactly the same way as US returns with one exception, no extra shipping and handling charges will be refunded, only the amount paid for the product including promotional pricing will be refunded.
• In addition to the US handling charges, we charge an additional $5.95 handling on exported orders.
• Shipping charges may vary by country.
• For your protection, you may be required to submit additional credit card authorization including your legal signature and a photo copy of your credit card. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your order. We will email you if we require this additional information.
• International shipping and handling charges may change at any time due to fluctuations in rates and processes that need to be addressed.
